SHIPPING DETAILS

I currently ship within the United States using USPS.  Orders under 1 pound (including packaging) are shipped 1st class with tracking.  Larger orders are shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate.  I always endeavor to ship using the most cost effective method. 

 

Multiple orders are not automatically combined unless requested in advance via email.

 

If you find that you've made an error during checkout, please contact me as soon as possible via email using the button below to alert me of any changes. 

 

It is my goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For safety and hygiene reasons most of my products cannot be restocked or resold so I am unable to accept returns.

Products that can be returned are clearly labeled in the return policy for the individual item.

 

If you are unhappy with your products, please contact me so we can work out a resolution. I am committed to keeping my customers happy.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods

If you receive a package that is incorrect or has been damaged in transit:

  • Save all contents and packing materials. 

  • Contact me within 3 business days.

  • Photos of the items may be required.

If you suspect your package is lost, contact the Post Office immediately. Tracking numbers are assigned to all packages and are sent to you when your package is shipped. 


If you suspect your package was stolen, please file a mail theft complaint. Issues with packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier must be handled by the Post Office.
